- Finished our Ratios, Rates, and Proportional Reasoning unit with a short quiz.
- Reviewed some fractions concepts, like proper, improper and mixed fractions, as well as adding and subtracting fractions with common denominators and unlike denominators. Did a "Get Ready" assignment.
- Talked about the idea of percent. Did a "Get Ready" assignment.
This week in Science we:
- Reviewed the ideas of Variables, Qualitative and Quantitative.
- Did some vocabulary for Mix and Flow of matter. You got a template, a word list, and due dates. Do you know where they are?
- Talked about Fluids. We were interrupted by the fire alarm while doing our activity. We try to do the activity again next week.
- Completed our introduction to Lab Safety and Experimental Method. Did a show you know task based on the movie "Cloudy With a Chance of Meatballs" How did you do?
